Raf Simons Archive: AW 1997/1998

Fall/Winter 1997/1998 was his first fashion show in Paris. The collection displays an “American college and an Englsih schoolboys look with a backround of New Wave and Punk“ (contemporaryfashion.net). The topic youth subculture is getting more and more important in Raf Simons work. AW 1997/1998 is his fourth collection, for that reason his minimal tailoring is just immaculate.
